I hve a claim which I've been waiting to hve settled by Outsurance for quite a while now, admittedly the delay has been much my fault as at the time I did not have the excess of R1, 070. Be that as it may-this whole claim stems from shoddy work done by Burgess (a contrator of Outsurance) on my geyser. Cut a long story short the geyser pipes burst again and completely soaked the entire bathroom, bedroom and passage. This situation was like this for almost 2 weeks until I could not take the smell and lifted the carpets myself. This is where the fun starts-their assessor-Justin-arrives at my house and seems to think he is Piet Byleveldt and starts questioning me as to the whereabouts of the wet carpets. Let me just say this is not my first experience with Justin (by the way Outsurance there are alot of local South Africans needing work - why are you employing foreigners- whatever happened to keep it local). He is a nasty piece of work and basically accused me of shifty dealings, what exactly I had done I am not sure. if I wanted to falsify a claim i would have claimed for the whole hse and not 3 rooms. Perhaps that's how it is done in Nigeria Hey Justin. M&F are the best. Never any hassles
