We went in to the bank on Saturday to request a settlement and were told that we had to come back on Monday because the Bank Manager was unavailable and the tellers did not have printing rights.
We arrived this morning and were told that there is a printing error and they need to contact head office. Which they did and were told the problem would be sorted by today sometime and we would get a call to be notified.
This is unacceptable as all we need is one letter printed. I do understand system errors but just for one page?
Kind of ridiculous having to wait 2 days for a printout while interest is accumulated?
