First to start off what a bank! I have asked for a settlement letter and they cant give it to me!!! i have asked for it ten times now and they can only log it to IT but in the bank i see every one else getting there settlement letter but not me!! if i don't receive feedback today!! i will cancel my debit order!! What a bank and service!!!
