I've been trying to set up my internet banking profile for WEEKS. I've been to the bank four times. Every single time, I have been very clear in my instruction. I want to be able to do EFT payments, add beneficiaries, and buy airtime online (i.e. set up my internet banking profile). Every single time I have been assured by the person at enquiries that everything is in order, and when I get home, is it working? NO. It tells me to go to the branch to sort it out. After spending 20 minutes at Absa Adderley Street enquiries desk this morning, waiting for the lady at the desk to sort this out, I come home and my internet banking profile STILL is not working. I'm tired of spending every lunchtime in the bank. I'm tired of Absa workers who don't understand their own systems. Moving to FNB tomorrow - I don't care how long it takes.
