It was on the 1st march 2013, was in hospital asked my mom to withdraw money for me so the is no capitec in sandton she used nedbank atm she tryed to withdraw R400 it was saying services unvailable but i got a notification that says the money was withdarwn.she tryed again i got the notification again.tryed to call the call center cos i was in hospital they said yes the money was withdrawn but they will look into it..mindnight that day got the sms that says corrections R400 back into the account... but the other R400 they didnt reverse it..i was still in hospital couldnt go to the branch.then i got discharged went to the branch.they told me about 32 days how could they take your money then tell u about 32days i think its really unfair.
