Account Frozen For A Month Without Feedback

I have been an FNB Customer for four years and i had a student account with FNB last Month a Willingly went to into one of there branches in Kenilworth Center to upgrade my account from a student account to a cheque account as i am no longer a student and have a full time job during the process the consultant mentioned that my work permit was issued on the 09-12-12 which happened to fall on a Sunday and came across as been suspicious and the decided to freeze my account immediately at first i was not bothered because it seemed reasonable and i was told that they would verify my permit and get back to me by the end of the business day. its now been one month since than i have been to home affairs twice and i have been informed that Home Affairs does in fact work over time due to the fact that all the permits are issued from the head office in pretoria and that they nothing wrong with my permit hence they is nothing they can do home affairs gave me there manager email address ans cell phone number should FNB Need to confirm i than went to the bank again and spoke to the manger she told me that theys nothing she can do and i would have to wait for feedback as she had emailed them
