I have added one of my vehicles (which was on the policy previously) back onto the policy via the website. After two months I picked up that this vehicle was not on the policy. When I queried this via e-mail, I was told that another of my vehicles (which was never removed from this policy) is now back on the policy. After attempting to rectify this the response came back, referring to me vehicle, but with a different registration number!
Any attempt to rectify this via the website is in vain, because one can not even get past the first log-in screen. Take note that I utilise an ADSL connection.
