Standard bank insurance - wont respond

Standard bank insured phoned me with very special offer - on their vehicles and my home contents - the price was very good - then I phoned my current insurance to cancel - but took the liberty to look at the standard bank insurance documents was mail to me = on the documents I saw no reg no or vin no off the two vehicles = I then phoned them asking to rectify the documents and also state what the excess will be in the event off a claim. Until Monday morning the 29th off April 2013- send mail to cancel my policy but on the Friday 26th April I did phone them to put hold on to this policy not to debit my account until the document was rectify with did not happen - Monday send them mail to completely cancel my policy with standard bank - never even received reply from them then on Tuesday I phoned them to let them know not to debit my account because the policy was to be cancelled = the feedback from them was they couldn't't stop the payment has to go thru then once it went thru they will do reversal - phoned them this morning they transferred me from one department to the other = then they said they couldn't't reveres the payment debited
