Incompetance of staff to rectify contract

I had a 2009 Fortuner which I traded in for a 2010 Fortuner. I phoned Miway to take the old one of the insurance on the 12th July. Got the confirmation letter that the new one is on the insurance. had vehicle inspected on the Saturday. up until today, they cant sort out my policy. the old Fortuner is still on and the new one is not reflecting on my policy. ONE week, and countless hours i spend with them on the phone. how difficult can it be. Every time that i send mail to follow up, they cant phone me back because of high call volume. who's problem is that. The vehicle is financed, and the finance house will not be happy if they find out the vehicle is not insured. So what happens now if "touch wood" i am in an accident with this vehicle, is Miway then going to turn around and say they are not liable because the vehicle is not on the policy??? i have 5 vehicles insured with Miway, they are quick to deduct prorate from my bank account, but they are unable and incompetent to check and make sure that the policy is correct. I even e mailed their Head of Client service Greta Goosen, but also no responce from her. tried phoning today but all the freedom fighters has gone home. BAD SERVICE
