I bought a car through Wesbank financing in 2011, in 2012 I lost my work and was unable to continue payment. I tried all means to get assistance from Wesbank to no avail, eventually I gave the car back to the bank as I could not make the high payments. The car was taken back and I have since not been able to get work. I have been trying to contact the bank to arrange a way of paying the remaining instalment off but I am always speaking to someone else and the is no proper communication as if people do not know how to do the work. Call centre just transfer you and no one really assists or explains what is going on. This week someone from the bank phoned me and I was unable to talk to them at that moment and the cellular service was down, I asked them to phone me back and the person said "So you don't want to talk about the situation" and then just hanged the phone up. Immediately I received an email where an attachment said a judgement has been issued regarding the amount. This is inefficient service and I am very unhappy with the response I have been receiving. Please follow up and contact me regarding this problem as I do not have money for people who are unwilling to assist me.
