I contacted Woolworths insurance to update my householders policy. Nolwazi took my call. Once we established that I was insuring my new Galaxy S3 phone and she said it was the best phone in the world the discussion thereafter ensued for 30 minutes ranging from cell phones to tracking devices to where we stayed. What a pleasant personality to encounter on a simple call. In simple words Nolwazi rocks. With people like her answering the phone Woolworths Insurance will always see my business come their way.
