Cash deposito missing

On 1st April I deposited R800, 00 cash at the ATM in Richards Bay. As the machine had no envelopes available, I fetched and evelope from home, placed the relevant slips in the envelope and placed it in the machine. There was a lapse of time involved here. The deposit did not reflect on my statement. I reported this to the help desk on 3rd April, speaking to Dumisa Ref 52582142 and again on 10 April speaking to Felicia Ref 37607526. I was promised that Matha Mothamaha will return to me within 3 working days. As no response was forthcoming, I wrote to ibsupport. First letter ignored. Second letter telling me to bring my death certificate to the relevant branch!!! this letter was signed by Johanna Modjadji. Two e-mails later, no response and no communication. I need this money!!! or at least an explanation...
