I had a loan with African Bank which had been arrears and which I had managed to settle in full in April 2013.
Since the day of my payment I have practically been begging for a paid-up letter!!! I am on the phone with them about 3 to 4 times every week for the past month! Just yesterday I sopke to "Elizabeth" who promised to update my ITC and send me the letter before the end of the business closing day!!! I STILL do NOT have MY LETTER!!! I am tired of getting the run around... PLease African Bank train your staff to stop lying and giving your clients empty promises!!! I want my letter and my ITC status updated!!!
