In the process of buying a house and as i was getting the final paper work done i received a credit report stating that I owe standard bank's garage card, then called standard bank, on the 28th of March 2013 and requested proof of me owing them, they looked through their records to find that i did not owe them anything, they then promised to email me a letter stating that i was not owing them. the ref for call 52530605 they did not deliver as promised. I went into the branch on the 10th of April (Festival Mall), they advised that they not allowed to print the letter and hand it to me so they will send it via email within 24 hours, ref for that was 1220670244. on the 15th April 2013 i still had no letter emailed to me. i then decided to call spoke to a lady by the name of Nichollene and she advise that she will send the letter before end of business, ref no. for the call 37726400. Today is the 16th April and i still don't have the letter as promised. this is causing a delay on the house deal and it's a huge inconvenience.
