CASH DEPOSIT GONE WRONG, NO ANSWERS

I am incredibly annoyed at the service I have received from the Standard Bank call centre, and furthermore their social media response. I deposited R390 into an ATM in Sandridge on 27 October. Although I received an SMS confirming my deposit at the time, and the envelope WAS sucked into the machine and I could not see or feel it, the ATM did not spit out a receipt. I called the call centre the following day (Monday), reported it and received a reference number. I was told the turn around time is 6 working days. This in itself is ridiculous, it takes 6 working days to dispatch someone to investigate the ATM? I called twice in between the 6 day waiting period and was told on both occasions that they would escalate my query - whatever that means because NOTHING has been done to date. I eventually complained on Twitter and received a response and a telephone call from someone who assured me she would pass my query to the relevant department, . 48 hours later and still NO WORD. I just want MY money which I deposited into an ATM. Its a week and a half and the service has sucked in terms of trying to fix this. Can somebody just tell me when I can expect a resolution please?
