I am not happy with the service I got from Metropolitan, I took out a cover in feb already. I have not received any correspondence ever since they tell me about the south African post office... I didn't know the strike was 2 months... and I also wanted to cover my little brother and she told me she will need to contact him and verify few things with him and she will get back to me... ever since no feedback. I called her now and she tells me he was not available so my question is if you are dealing with sales you MUST follow every lead you are given. So I am cancelling my policy with this company due to the incompetence of the people in there... I could get a better service somewhere else where they will appreciate me as a client. I gave her my work number, home, cell number as well as my email address to contact me or furnish with the documents but they have failed me... I have only been with Metropolitan for only 2 months and I am not happy...
