Please stop this. I do NOT have a policy with you, nor will i ever have one.
You will probably phone me and say a client submitted the wrong cell number and it will never happen again. It sounds very plausible. Perhaps in future a sms can be sent to the cell number on a new application to the effect of: Dear mr/mrs so and so... we are almost complete with your process, to finalize it please send a reply to this number to confirm that the cell number you have provided are indeed correct.
If you have received this in error, DO NOT RESPOND and we will not Harass you further.
How easy would that be?
Were I a new client and I received that it would be very reassuring.
Were I a total stranger it would allow me to not receive spam sms in the future.
It would also allow you to contact the client and get the proper contact number.
How about that?
