Amazing on the spot service

I would really like to recommend FNB to anyone. i had a problem with oneplan medical insurance that took money out of my account without permission and they came with lots of stories that it would take 3 days to fix. i have to go into my bank and get it reversed . so on and so forth. the manager was in meeting but then i thought i would call my bank FNB. you guys are amazing. you listened to my story you call centre agents take ownership of the problem and reversed the debit order immediately. thank you so very much . money is scarce and you guys understood my problem and acted immediatly. thank you very very much. i am so happy i switched to you this year... i hope alot more people realise the services you provide are above and beyond.
