I have a life cover with momentum, this was offered years ago via FNB. I have been having this life cover for over 6 year and received 2 premium refunds. I am currently contributing R347.21 reference number Momentumnmal410437581 Cb4977 on my bank statement. I was looking for a tax certificate and I wrote an e-mail to [Email Removed] on 06./08/2013. I received a reply stating that they cannot locate my lifecover, I should send the bank statement and I did on the 08/08/2013. In the afternoon same say I received an sms stating that Jocelyn assisted me and I should rate her service.
I haven't received anything. So today I called 0860 697423 and spoke to Andrea who again stated that she cannot locate my life cover and that I should call metropolitan.
I am so shocked as I have been contributing for over 6 year and momentum cannot locate my policy using my ID number.
Can someone please assist :(
