Double Debit!!

I have been a customer with FNB since the early 90s and have had nothing but good experiences with them to a point that I always tried to convince friends/family to switch over to them. Unfortunately over the last two months I encountered unsavoury service from them. I have a credit card with FNB and my monthly payments go off on the first of every month. On the 27th of February I called them in order to make some sort of arrangement to skip the payment that was due for the first of March as I was experiencing some financial difficulties at the time. I was told that an arrangement was impossible by one of their consultants as the debit order is set and cannot be changed. I accepted this and prepared myself for the debit order to go off on the first of the following month as usual. However, to my dismay, the debit went off immediately after the call before I could make arrangements to ensure there were enough funds in my account. I then accepted this too until I was debited again on the first of March! Now this means in one month I paid my credit twice!!! I was contacted by the complaints department but that came to nil!!
