In February my husband and i skipped a payment on our vehicle payment as we where going through a financial crises. i contacted MFC to make an arrangement for us to make the payment so that we could get up to date in our payments. the person we spoke was very, very rude and did not want to help us make an arrangement. my complaint is that we support a family of 6 and this month MFC has put through a debit order of almost R9000.00.
at this moment in time we do not have any finances left to pay our rent or buy our groceries.
i have never in my life received this kind of treatment from any person before.
the way this person at MFC has treated us was very unprofessional and i will never in my life do any business with MFC again and i will also not recommend MFC to any of my Family, friends or colleagues. these people are rude and have no respect for any other human being than for them selves. thanks to MFC we cannot pay our rent this month and also not buy any groceries. if they had just accepted our arrangement to pay the outstanding amount in 3 months we would not be in this situation. but THANK YOU very much MFC for putting me in this financial crisis. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!
