I have a horrific experience when having to claim for my baby bounes. I have been a loyal customer to hollard for four years now, and ever since I want to claim for a policy benefit no one was willing to assist. I called in sometime last year and till today i'm being given the run arounds and being told i will be e-mailed the relevant paper work to process my claim, I was advised that a manager by the Name of Rajway will contact me regarding the matter but he too has failed to follow through. What upsets me the most is that I have been paying for a services that I can't use and don't even get my money back, reason for that I qoute: " Company procedure" what kind of procedure is that. I need Hollard to fully re-emburse me for the I spent in the company as services deliverance is not part of the policy. I'm angry and frustated as one one is following yup on the matter, and I'm still pending feedback form the compliants department, which is also non-responsive like its managers. So much for trying to sercure my children's future, a waist of my fortune.
