Hi, I resort to hellopeter because I have had no feedback through your site. For many months now I have received smses from FNB stating that I have earned a certain amount of ebucks, but on my statement it always says zero. The incompetence and laziness of ebucks customer service just sent me in circles when trying to understand, and still each month I was told by FNB via sms that I had earned ebucks. It turns out I actually do not qualify anymore for ebucks, which I would have corrected if I was not getting false information from FNB. I have tried to bring this up with ebucks but they are so slow that its impossible to resolve. If it weren't for this misinformation I obviously would have made the adjustments to qualify. I would like all these points missed awarded, and the system corrected before I take the necessary steps to qualify properly again. I have referred this to an attorney but would like to settle the matter without them.
