The name Volkswagensure brings about peace of mind with the brand Volkswagen; unfortunately it is underwritten by Hollard insurance company and administrated by Exiliti services.
I was in an accident on 17/02/2013 with third party that is a foreigner and had the run-around with Neo from Hollard and Lorren Volschenk from Exiliti Services regarding my claim.
To date, my car is still lying untouched at the panel beater, the third party has probably gone back to his country and my claim is still not finalised.
The treatment I received from Hollard and Exiliti is absolutely of poor standards.
I have emailed Waheeda and Zanele from HelloPeter (Hollard Representatives) and was advised that I will get feedback next Monday. Clearly they don't understand my complaint.
This complaint is now going off to the ombudsman.
