I took out a Hollard Motor Extender Warranty plan in July 2011, Roughly 10 Months after my first policy, I added a second vehicle to my Policy. The premium amounting to almost R1, 000.00 pm.
I recently submitted a claim for repairs but due to an oversight from my side regarding the claim procedure, the claim was rejected. I formerly submitted a letter to Hollard explaining the situation and that the process was an oversight from my side. I had all the paperwork and reports sent through but to no avail as Hollard was not prepared to review or overturn their decision.
I feel hard done by as there seems to be no leniency to assist from the provider to their loyal customers.
