After my phone i phone 5 got i followed the procedure reporting and black listing my phone then i called my so called house hold insurance hollard and they have been transfering me from 1 department to another spaeking to different people who claimed i dont exist on their system when i give my id nr up until i managed to get my policy nr after calling standardbank call centre to check it..and ..the procedure took me about 4hrs yersteday they said they will call me after investigating the claim... and they will get back to me... THEN WHEN I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP THEY HAVE THE GUTS TO TELL ME THAT MY POLICY LAPSED AUGUST YET THE LAST D/O COLLECTED FOR OCTOBER ..WHEN I ENQUIRE HOW IS MY D/O COLLECTING AND YET THEY CLAIM ITS CANCELLED THE SAME THIMG OF WHEN I CALLE THE 1ST TIME HAPPEED..ALL PASSING THE BUG AND TRANSFERING ME AGAIN..NOBODY KNOWS..EVERYTHING WAS FINE WHEN THEY WHERE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT NOW THAT I CLAIM THEY FIND A STORY..NOT TO PAY FOR MY CLAIM... I WANT MY PHONE... CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE ASSIST WITH THIS RIDICULOUS HOLLARD..WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THAT..I MEAN REALLY..IT ..I FEEL BETRAYED AND CHEATED..
