Listed as owing but not owing

I have recently realised that capitec have listed me as owing them and paying a monthly instalment of about R3400 a month which led to me not qualifying for vehicle financing due to affordability. I dont owe capitec a cent and not even paying them a monthly intalments hence a suprise by the record. I urge capitec authorities to urgenly correct this as it incovenience my life and hampers with my credit profile. Hoping for an urgent response
