Duplication of Card Transaction

I filled up my vehicle at Shell Varsity Motors on the 15th of February 2013. My card transaction only reflected on the 2nd of April 2013. The Shell garage maintains the fault for the late processing is with FNB as they bank card transactions daily. To add insult to injury, FNB debited my account with the same transaction on the 19th of April 2013. I was advised by the garage to contact FNB. I held on for 30 minutes, losing income as I am a consultant and then gave up. Please could someone contact me to resolve the fact that FNB have taken R771-70 from my account twice and I do not have the time to go and plead for my money back in a branch for two hours or holding on for long periods of time. Please give my money back as easily as you took it.
