No Feedback on cellphone contract

I made an application two weeks ago (03/04/2013) for a contract phone for 24mnth to be debited from my cheque account and no one has contacted me to confirm if it was declined or went through. Can someone please contact me ASAP.
I then received an email on the 16/04/2013 to inform me that my request has been forwarded through to FNB Cellular Help Desk to assist.
No one has contacted me since.
