Shocking Shocking Service

Absa Home Loans (Kenneth "Sowela" 011 9713789) need to pay an amount of R96k to my son on the sale of his home in SA. My son resides in UK and does not have a SA banking account.
He has given a POA to his mother in SA to deposit the funds into his fathers account at FNB.
The ABSA attorney Mr Dreyer ok'd the POA and informed ABSA accordingly... THREE weeks ago.
This POA was requested by Mr Dreyer and ok'd upon receipt.
ABSA NOW 3 WEEKS LATER AFTER NUMEROUS FOLLOW UP'S FROM OUR SIDE STATE THAT AS THE POA IS HANDWRITTTEN THEY HAVE A PROBLEM. They are also not willing to consider payment of interest.
NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM FOR 3 WEEKS. DISGUSTING ABSA & THIEVERY!!
SORT USELVES OUT AS WE'VE HAD ENOUGH.
