I calleD Outsurance to change my debit order DATE. I first spoke to the car insurance dept & my information was updated & my debit order changed within minutes by Fifi Raolane. But then I got transferred to the Life dept & spoke to Michelle Moodley who went through the same process and updated my information. For whatever reason she changed my job title (who knows why)& cancelled my entire policy. She freaked & said she would call me back which she did but to my shock confirmed my policy that I have had for year with outsurance has now being cancelled & we would have to underwrite a new policy & she has take no blame for what has happened. I got very annoyed with her as she also continues to tell me that because I took a puff of a smoke when I was 14 I am now declared a smoker until I lost my cool she doubled checked her informed & made me a none smoker. She continued to confirm that I am back on my death cover however my disability cover needs to be verified by her medical people who will call me due me having athma which 'vbe always had. I am now to go home not covered! Unacceptable!!! All I wanted to do was change my DEBIT ORDER DATE!!!
