I have called the call centre on 2 occassions and was told that they were experiencing technical problems and will call me back... they never did. I sent them numerous emails requesting my status be changed FROM a non smoker to SMOKER, and each time they tell me it has been done. However when i go to *120*101# it hasnt been done. I requested an amended policy document and they sent me a document which still states i am a smoker. I had told the call centre that if there are any changes in my debit to tell me and then change the policy, they advised me there will be none... still cannot understand why such a simple thing cannot be changed. It seems like people at 1 life direct have a bit of understanding skills. Im tired of having to repeat myself, feel like just cancelling this policy with a useless company.
All i want is to change my policy status from non smoker to SMOKER... i.e it should state that im a smoker!!!
