I submitted a claim for a minor accident to Miway on the 3rd of April 2013 of which I have only received my approval today (12 April 2013). During this time I have phoned Miway numerous times and sent a mail requesting them to contact me and advise me on the progress of the claim to which I have had no response. Then they have advised me that my excess is now higher that what my policy schedule says of which I was never informed. This type of service is unacceptable especially due to the fact that Miway's service has been exemplary in the past. What has happened?
