Ordered an item online in December 13 - received item which I needed to return - went online and filled out all the details required. - You have a certain period that you could return free of charges.
They confirmed that they would collect the return - after a couple of days I receive a call from a courier saying that they will be collecting - I still haven't seen the courier so I emailed customer service and was told that the item has been collected?? So I informed them that I still have the item please investigate and have the goods collected - as of 2days date I am still waiting as I have the item to be collected - I am hoping that due to the misunderstanding by the couriers and Spree, they will collect the item and credit my account as I have previously requested
