BAD SERVICE AT ABSA

I applied for additional funds on my bond and went through a useless process with ABSA. I was then asked by ABSA, would I look at a personal loan rather. Few months later I decided to apply for a R130 000 loan. Guess what, again I experienced great difficulty. They now want to offer me R85 000. So I said, I should still be able to do what I need to with R95 000. GREAT!!! Approved.., ...but... Conditions that I level my Revolving credit facility and close it off and it gets better. Level and close my Platinum Credit card facility. Am I now under debt review?!!!?? Also, the interest rate would be prime plus 4 1/2 %. Again...!!!?? My question to ABSA. Why are you still in business with this kind of service. Pathetic!!! I am 100% credit worthy. Option of FNB looks better and better. Is their anyone left in ABSA that can deliver a positive result and customer experience?
