Not for the first time do I have to write to hello Peter for a complaint and have on numerous occasions experienced bad service with Standard Bank. My card was and I blocked the card. I then requested a new card and specifically told them not to send it to Kromboom but rather to Grassy Park and to notify me when it is there. Two weeks later I have to call and find out where my card is without receiving a notification of it being sent off. To my disgust I also found out that it was sent to the Kromboom branch and not to Grassy Park as I requested! Apparently it has been sent off on the 11th which is a whole week already!!! Then I still have to pay for the card and this service. WOW!!! Thanks to this I will now be switching over to another bank who values their customers.
