On the 29th of October I registered a claim and paid in the required excess in order to get my phone repaired.. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for them to pick up my phone. Every time I call I either get put on hold or a consultant promises me that they will get to back to once they figure out why my phone has yet to be picked up, and now I am told that they tried contacting me (utter rubbish, no one from said company has called me even after they promised me that they would) and that due to me being outside of JHB my phone can only be collected on Mondays or Fridays (this is after I was told that it will take 48 hours, then that was stretched to 3-5 working days and now its only Mondays and Fridays).
So thank you for the wonderful service you are providing me
PS: As far as I know I am paying you to deliver a service and not the courier company you subcontracted, so I find it insulting and disrespectful that I have to run after the courier company because I quote "we are brokers and such we don't deal with the pick up/ delivery of the handsets"
