I was in a minor accident and Outsurance booked my car in at Sanrose Autobody. My car is at this panel beaters for a month already and they are still waiting for parts. Trying to get through to them to try and establish how long it will take for the parts to be delivered is impossible. I keep leaving a message at the Panelbeaters and the consultants are always busy on the line or they never get back to you when you leave a message. I am firstly very annoyed with OUTSURANCE as this is their service provider and I had a look on Hello Peter and numerous people had the same complaint about Sanrose Autobody. Why would you, Outsurance, allow your clients to be so frustrated by dealing with such and incompetent company???
