FOUR PEOPLE FAIL TO GIVE PROPER ADVISE

I DON'T LIKE WRITING SUCH REPORTS BUT I SOMETIME PRAY THAT PEOPLE WILL DO THEIR JOBS. I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT (WITH MY BROTHERS) AT THIS BANK. BECAUSE THE COMPANY HAS NOT MADE MONEY YET WE JUST DEPOSIT MONEY ON IT JUST TO KEEP IT ACTIVE. I KNOW ITS ACTIVE BECAUSE NO MONEY HAS BEEN REJECTED AND I WAS IN NEDBANK KLIPFONTEIN ON THE 10 APRIL 2013 AND THEY CONFIRMED THIS. SUDDENLY WHEN I WANT TO TRANSFER MONEY (OR EVEN LOAD AIRTIME) MY ACCOUNT IS "DORMANT" AND I MUST VISIT A BRANCH TO MAKE A CASH DEPOSIT. THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING STUPID ABOUT THAT BECAUSE YESTERDAY I TRANSFERRED R150 TO THIS ACCOUNT AND IT WENT THROUGH, WHAT THEN IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CASH DEP AND A ONLINE TRANSFER? I WAS TRANSFERED FROM PILLAR TO POST TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THAT IS NEEDED IS TO REMOVE THE STATUS THAT APPEARS WHEN I MAKE A TRANSACTION, WHY CAN'T ANYBODY DO THAT? WHY MUST IT COST ME MY TIME TO GO TO A FREAKIN BRANCH? WHY MUST I MAKE A CASH DEPOSIT? WHAT ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES SAYING ABOUT NEDBANK'S ABILITIES IN TERMS OF TECHNOLOGY? I DEMAND THAT THIS IS SORTED OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS, I WILL NOT STRUGGLE, MORE ESPECIALLY NOW THAT I AM EXPECTING A PAYMENT THIS WEEK OR NEXT!!! OR ELSE...
