No Response on my loan that was pre approved

I applied for a loan and i was pre approved. They said someone would contact me within 1 -3 hours and no one has contacted me. When i call the number i am always caller number 3 and hang on the phone for one hour and was still caller number 3. This is really unproffessional and the fact that there isnt another number i can call. Or that your contact centre doesnt delivery on quality. I need this loan urgently and need assistance.
