On the31st January 2014 in the morning went into the Bridge branch to deposit money into my account, 2 tellers, 5 people in the queue, 2 at the tills doing the monthly banking, that takes fore ever, no quick queue, 20 minutes later finally got to the teller. On the way out is a board saying that if no one greets you, makes eye contact with you, smiles at you, then sms the branch name to 44459, which I did, got a reply saying thanks and we will chat, we will see. Main gripe is I am a guy running a small business from home restoring and repairing furniture, I do all my purchases with my Go Banking Card, never carry cash on me, occasionally my customers pay me in cash, some do eft's, the problem is when I have to deposit that cash into my account I have to pay a fee. How else am I going to deposit it? If I use the atm it will cost, if I use the teller it will cost. I must pay to deposit MY hard earned money into MY account.
NOT ACCEPTABLE and one can mention this and complain ad nauseam, but nothing changes.
