I got a call from a Standard bank agent to confirm payment who swore at at me, profanities I can even type here and called me a "lying "!!! This is after a complaint was laid about the very same agent 3 weeks back and Standard bank did nothing about it, now the guy is even calling me from different cell numbers and harassing me.
When I told the agent I will lay a charge with the SAPS he told me that nothing will happen to him because he already got away with it and he will do it again as his brother owns the outsourced dept and he will not get fired or suffer any punishment.
Great touch Standard bank, now you have hired thugs to work in call centres? just great
