Shocking service from Sanrose, i have made many calls to Sanrose and have spoken to Suren, Cade and probably everyone at their parts department and finally i get a respose that the parts will be delivered on the 17th feb. Really, will the parts be delieved on a Sunday whilst you are closed??? I just get the feeling that my vehicle is standing there collectibg dust without much attention. Really the service and feedback to customers... Outsurance needs to seriously find other service providers... This was dissapointing.
