Bad support No care for customers being defrauded

I found out today from multiple cellular providers that there is a with my banking details ETc, i called fnb to assist me, i asked if it will be possible to change my account number or whole account as i do not feel very secure with a with my banking details, she replied saying i cannot help you go to a FNB branch, i therefore stated that i do not have time to run about branch to branch for this hassle, i think it is bad that i cannot change accounts over the phone with the bank that i have been using for over 15 years, might as well move to a new provider as that will be easier for me
