Applied the loan online got approved and awaited payment for 2 weeks then decided to cancel the loan however on my account was over debited with R1173.33 . contacted the call center was told to complete a pay back form which they sent to me and I did complete the form and sent back called the call center again regarding the pay back was told it takes 7 days to be paid my payback form was requested on the 10/04/2013 when I call to find out when will I get my refund I don't get a clear answer nobody knows from the call center agent.
