This is really frustrating

I have applied for a loan with bridge loans via their so called new online application, the application was approved and I was asked to sent employment letter which i sent to granny lethuli. Today the 27 I called to follow up on my application, to my suprice they told me it was declined and so forth, but how come? The call centre agent was unable to give clear answers, she kept on telling me with corrections and so forth then she transferred me to online call center where I held for 30 minutes with no answer.

This is really frustrating and unethical, and very unacceptable.
