My aunt applied for a Loan with Direct Axis and she was advised that it has been approved sms sent on the 8 March 2013 and she needs to make payment of R290 which she did on the 9March 2013 and faxed the proof of payment to 021 764 9913 days thereafter on the 13 March 2013 she got an sms stating that the loan was decline and they have not refunded her and she wants her money back or a loan we tried the online contact and they promised that they will investigate and call in 2days but no 1 has called us back
