After I ran into a bit of financial woes earlier in September and applied for a loan. Bridge Loans was kind enought to approve my loan on 10 September 2013. Since then it was an absolute nightmare to get any sensible response except for machine generated responses. I have sent emails to the consumer branch on 13 and 27 September. On 27 September I got a reply that they experience high volumes of loans, and we must expect delays and they can not provide an exact payout date. how is this company run? nobody can give you any clear answer, apparently they can not even access the system to see what the progress is and how long it wil take for the payouts. I sent another email on 7 and 8 October. On 8 October I get an automatic reply form Nkepil Mathebe, "m, on leave i'll be back on 22/11/2010" Can you believe this!!! I'm ready to report this company to the NCR, this is absolutely rediculous and unacceptable. Today is day nr 31 since my loan was approved, but still no payout!!!
