Claim number 13/021406. I logged a claim with SIL in March 20 something, i quickly got a claim number and the telephone numbers of the contractors who are gonna fix my house. it's been close to a month now I havent heard anythign from SIL, i keep following up with them to call the contractors (TJS Maintainance and Forever cupboards CC) there's just nothing that is happening. the lady that i spoke to on Monday requested for the police information i gave her and she promised she will call them and get back to me. still nothing. i even tried calling the contractors myself but Forever cupboards awaits SIL to give them a go ahead, TJS on the other hand is not bothered. i am staying in a house with cracked doors for almost a month. i called SIL again now to follow up and i was put on hold for 20 min. im getting frustrated .. can someone please help!
