Eceive better service from other banks than mine

My hubby was told in the branch that if he updgraded 2a Platinum staff acc he would be able 2access the slow lounge @ the airport free of charge. He travels 2weeks out of the month all over SA so this was very appealing 2him. He was told that he needed 2swipe 4 R5000 4that month 2qualify. Since then, everytime he has accessed the lounge they have charged him R250 putting his acc into a minus of over R1000. I spoke2 4 different people @ FNB who all gave me different stories. Angelique said it was because he only swiped 4 R1018 in March. I then checked & came up with a total of R10421.75 & called back, Lizel told me Angelique was wrong cos she picks up swipes of over R3000 if she checks March as they only look @ the dates the account was upgraded. So i checked from the 23 March & came up with R7094.03 worth of swipes. I also noticed that all the big purchases came off In April but swiped in March. Aqeeda then called me back& said there is R4000 worth of swipes & told me 2 email the premier department. Marcia got back 2 me & said they look at the figures in Feb & because my husbands account was not in good standing they wont refund. Yet they put it in a minus. He is changing banks now
